Cassie has five years of direct health center experience in quality improvement from her former role at a Federally Qualified Health Center in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She is experienced with data reporting and analysis, workflow implementation, the Patient Centered Medical Home model, alternative payment methodologies, and practice transformation processes. Cassie currently serves as the Deputy Director of Network Relations for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where she provides support to the Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) by strengthening the relationship between the HCCNs and NACHC, ensuring their programs are complimentary. Though targeted work with the HCCNs, she ensures NACHC has consistent strategies for improving health center operations with a focus on cost, quality, and patient satisfaction.
