Bridget Hogan Cole, MPH, IHQC’s founder and Executive Director, has extensive expertise in capacity building and applied learning supporting clinic and community-based organizations to improve outcomes and operational efficiencies. With more than 25 years of experience in program leadership, organizational development, and implementation science, Bridget has led regional and statewide programs; facilitated panels and conferences; supported the design of foundation initiatives. She is often called upon as an expert resource on the advancement of QI and efficiencies across the safety net. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
