Ashley Gibson is the Director of Member Advancement for the Kentucky Primary Care Association (KPCA). Gibson joined KPCA in summer of 2020 and works on initiatives to ensure members have the infrastructure they need to thrive. Her work includes initiatives in workforce development, oral health, advocacy and more. Ashley’s prior experience includes work in an Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and serving as Board Chair for the Kentucky Rural Health Association.
