Chief Medical Officer, Medical Home Network ACO
Dr. Jones was one of the founders of Medical Home Network (MHN) ACO and continues to serve as its Chief Medical Officer. MHN is comprised of nine Federally Qualified Health Centers and three health systems which serve 120,000 Chicago area Medicaid recipients. He is also currently a principal at Health Management Associates where he focuses on advancing clinically and financially integrated provider organizations. Dr. Jones has over 25 years of experience as a primary care physician and CEO at a Chicago area community health center. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical School and completed internal medicine residency, chief residency, and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Chicago.
