Aaron Todd is the CEO of the Iowa Primary Care Association, a membership organization supporting Iowa’s fourteen community health centers and the 250,000+ patients they serve annually, and two sister companies: INConcertCare, providing technology and data analytics services, and IowaHealth+, a clinically integrated network owned by Iowa’s health centers focused on advancing value-based care with health centers’ integrated model of care at its core. Aaron leads a staff of 50 passionate professionals working to realize a system of care that fosters health equity for all. Previously, Aaron worked for the Iowa Legislature, leading research and negotiations on health and human services policy on behalf of the Senate Majority. Previously, Aaron’s career focused on economic and community development. Aaron serves on multiple nonprofit Boards of Directors, including the National Association of Community Health Centers, OCHIN, CyncHealth Iowa, and Greater Des Moines Supportive Housing. Aaron earned a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, Master in Public Policy from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University.
