This short guide describes FQHC telehealth utilization and barriers to adoption pre and during COVID19 pandemic. The document outlines reasons for maintaining or increasing adoption relative to improving health equity through technology access and move to value based care. A checklist is provided to guide technology investment and decision making.

A list of digital health tools, level of investment required and intended use is provided. This technical assistance document was co-developed by NACHC and the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center.
