The Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) has seen growth both in the number of health centers and the number of community members accessing the program in the past few years. Looking ahead, the National PACE Association has set forth an ambitious growth strategy known as PACE 2.0 Charting a Course for Growth. For health centers, who have seen Medicare populations move past 10% of all patients served over the last few years, the opportunity is now to consider bringing a PACE program to their communities.
